The TRI CITY WARRIORS™ is a men’s basketball team owned by Barbara Davis operating under the DBA Warriors Sports Club based in Irving, Texas. The team will play its first season with a undisclosed professional basketball league starting the 2025-2026 season. Owner and General Manager is Ms. Davis, who was previously the owner, general manager and head coach of the Texas Hurricanes, pro-minor exhibition men's team out of Dallas, TX form 2008 to 2011. Coach Davis stepped away from the sport due to health reasons and for the love of the game has decided to resume play.
The Warriors Sports Club is an organization that provides a steppingstone and avenue for aspiring athletes to develop and enhance their natural skills on their journey towards the next level in their sports career, rather it’s G-League, overseas, owning their own team, coaching and or mentoring young athletes or continue chasing their NBA hoop dreams.
Our NAME and SLOGAN have significant meaning to owner Coach Davis! She is a breast cancer warrior and proceeds from ticket sales will go towards breast cancer awareness. Hence the team colors, name and slogan. October will be the teams March Madness, where it’s all about the PINK CAUSE. For more information, contact WePlay4theCause.
The Club will also offer youth sports programs typically consisting of camp and clinic formats and are offered to childcare/daycare facilities through high school participants. Most camps are a minimum of a weeklong, Monday through Friday, either half-day or full day. Most clinics are 1-2 day long and usually held on the weekend. Our “year-round” program is fall, winter and spring and is typically afterschool and onsite at elementary schools.

Tri City Warriors men's professional basketball team is a team under the DBA Warriors Sports Club and with the highest level of integrity and commitment to the communities [Irving, Las Colinas, Coppell] we serve, our athletes and our sponsors.
We are dedicated to building community, community service, and bringing awareness to various causes. This will be accomplished through youth sports programs, family enrichment, community events, annual service day events, and others. For our players, we are dedicated to their personal and professional growth as athletes and as positive figures in the community. We are NOT just another sports club… We are advocates & community leaders. WE ARE FAMILY!
For more than twenty-two [22] years, club owner, Barbara Davis has been committed to helping others, building youth programs, coordinating family and community events, and providing entertainment that everyone can be a part of.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Players are recruited from across the globe and selected based on their professional basketball skills level, ability to be coachable, character, professionalism, and openness and commitment to community and giving back.
We are currently looking for a HEAD COACH [TBA] & DIRECTOR OF PLAYER DEVELOPMENT [TBA] that will help develop the program in addition to bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
As we are a new club and team, we are seeking to fill a range of other positions. We also give students an opportunity to work internships with the Warriors Basketball Club in a variety of positions, including but not limited to, broadcasting, media production, social media, personal trainer, sales and marketing, public relations.

Tri City Warriors will officially start their season in the upcoming 2025-2026 season, location and league TBD. The club plans to hold its own special events and leagues to provide other opportunities for athletes to showcase their abilities.
